sometimes words come out of a person's mouth differently from how he/she wants it to mean. its so difficult to put feelings into words. so i dont understand why some people can say "i love you" or "i hate you" so easily. i think reading too much merleau-ponty causes this.
“Indeed we cannot imagine how a mind could paint. It is by lending his body to the world that the artist changes the world into paintings. To understand these transubstantiations we must go back to the working, actual body - the body as a chunk of space or a bundle of functions but that body which is an intertwining of vision and movement.” - Merleau-Ponty
