the wasted shopping trip.
today i went shooping with the darling. met her at 12pm at far east. shopped ard. far east looks different now. its so bright now! hmm. this just goes to show how long we've not been there! nothing much at far east i guess. *shrugs.
headed down to hereen. saw this bag i kinda like. but didnt get. cos i think its kinda ex. n i was hoping i would find a cheaper one somewhere else.
walked over to PS. we were both tired. but we did some shopping before popping into MOS for some leg resting. the darling did manage to buy 2 tops from that mickey mouse shop. it was cheap. n kinda nice. at MOS we were talking abt the 3-in-1 guy. the cute + handsome + cool guy. the darling was just talking to her sis abt it this morning. lolx. guys (actors/singers/etc) like edison chen shawn yue guo pin chao blah blah like made it to that list. and then there was the prince charming list. and DANIEL WU is on that list!(X much love for him.(: he's such a cutie.(X
we did managed to go down to bugis. but the HUGE crowd everywhere and anywhere. made us abit sianx of shopping. we just aimlessly walked ard. it was worse at bugis village. we kinda lost track of where we had already walked. i did see the bag i liked. but didnt have the colour i wanted. n it was more ex there! argh! *regrets.
after that the darling headed home while i went to wait for babe at the taxi stand. he was picking me up. n we were going to meet the guys for dinner. we were early! so we just sat ard and waited. were there at 630pm. only had dinner at 7plus. had some thai style thingy. i duno where. dun ask me.
afterwhich they decided to go for a movie. but when we got to cine there wasnt anything to watch. so we ended up standing outside cine trying to decide what to do. no matter what options were given someone would say something like "too expensive la!" or "too far la!". you know. those turn off things. sianx. and without much options left. we went back to movie watching. caught the 945pm transporter 2.
guess what i can say abt the movie is that is the adrenaline rush u get watching it! i got like so active/high after the movie. was talking nonsense. its as though i'm drunk. lolx. they decided to go over to holland v to slack. slacking late at night outside isnt the thing for me. so i passed it. babe sent me home. not technically home. but to the bus stop. n walked home myself.): but it was ok. it wasnt tt late yet. so i couldnt expect him to send me all the way back to the door step. and he was going to meet the guys at holland v.
i finally got my hair cut today. n it only cost me $10! wahaha. i like neighbourhood hairdresses. its CHEAP!(: i kinda miss my short hair! its been so long! too bad i cant cut.): babe says i look ugly with short hair! babe has been complaining that my blog entries are getting longer and longer. and he thinks its a hassle to read such long entries. hmm. is it?
anyways i made babe promise to watch HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE with me although he doesnt wan to! wahahaha. i'm such a meanie. i got so excited watching the movie trailers before transporter 2 started. i like the chicken little one! the chick dancing!!!(X and the HP one!(X (X (X *dreams.

make a guess what i've been doing? i've been mopping the floor. cos pris had to feel vain. and wanted to paint her nails and she accidentally broke a bottle of nail polish. so the floor had like gold-like nail polish as a side decoration. and just so concidentally my nail polish remover is out! so we panicked! we decided to wait till mum was aslp. go get the green scrub thingy. n scrub the flor with mama lemon. *dots. took such a long time! i feel like cinderella. *yawn.

the last day of work.
YEAH! the day i've been waiting for has finally arrived! wahahah!(:
done with working. totally sick of it. gotten my pay today. *wide grins. i'm rich again! anyway i keep getting advice that i shouldnt spend so much. am i such a spendthrift? hmm. guess so. based on all the advice i've been getting. the darling and i were so happy to end work today!(: its been such a LONG day.
would be going shopping tmr with the darling. there are so many thigns i wana get. new pumps. jeans. bag? wallet. bottle.(cos my sigg bottle is missing. i could only find the cover!) hmm.
anyway after work today. met babe at clementi. n we took the bus over to his place. its been a while since we've taken a bus together.(: i enjoy bus rides!(: n when we got off. the babe told me that he's fren was actually behind us all the time. and there i was thinking his fren had already left. the thing is babe n fren went clementi. cos fren wanted to buy phone. requested for babe to stay n hang ard clementi n wait for me. so that we could go back together. n he agreed. met him. ask where his fren was. he said his fren had already left. his fren is weird. fren didnt wan babe to tell me that fren was ard. *dots. i think his fren is a potential stalker! lolx.

just 1 more day!
its raining.): the rain makes me sad.): *pout. but the rain is cooling nonetheless. LIGHTNING! AH! scary~
i keep stepping onto the puppy. cos the puppy is just soooo tiny. and he keeps following us ard. but he's so adorable!(:
PRIS IS SUCH A MEAN PIG! she just squashed this already DEAD insect!
i am so happy that its just 1 more day! woke up late today! got up at 8am! rushed all the way to clementi. to meet my darling. to go to work. got to the place at like 920am. those sec schkids werent there yet. was beginning to think that they werent coming. and then i heard their voice coming out of the lift. it was 15mins past 10. aiyoh! consider this scenario. people you're working with arent working as hard as they're supposed to. or not doing as much as you are. and yet are getting the same pay as you are. would you be pissed? hmm. was discussing this issue with sherrie when they arrived. talk abt coincident. anyway anyone got anything they wana comment abt on this issue? hmm.
however i'm still glad that its just 1 more day away! i'll be getting my pay tmr. hopefully. thats wat the lady said. den saturday would be out shopping with the darling. and den movie with the babe.(: shall enjoy before the sch starts and i've gotta slog my lungs and liver out to finish the oncoming project. thinking abt it makes me even sadder.): worse then the rain made me feel. at least the rain is cooling enough to be in bed. the project would just make me not slp! see the difference! sigh. anyway anyone who is interested in the interior design course in SP do consider carefully. firstly. its wise that you are rich enough to afford the amt of materials that you'll be buying. for example the wood. cardboard. the necessities you'll be needing to do your model making. secondly. you MUST. i repeat MUST be able to not slp for a few days just to do your project. (as some of my frens have gone without slping for mayb 1 or 2 weeks just doing the project) and MUST be able to handle stress. then. you'll have to sacrifice you social life. and be fully devoted to designing. you wont have time to meet up with your other frens. you wont have time for movie. you wont have time for so many other things. the only grp of people whom you'll be able to go out with would be your classmates. however being in this course has its gd side too. the lecturers here are crazy! they can be as crazy as you are. they are HIP! lolx. and can be rather nonsense at certain times. (shows clutched fist. rem this? wahahaha.) the people in that course come from all walks of life. so you'll be able to meet soooooo many funny people! they are fun people. fun and CRAZY! lolx. bottomline is i dont regret being in this course. because. although we spend alot of money. and time. i've kinda devloped this love for designing. so i think its worth it. although i do complain at times. and the people there just makes it so much easier.(: esp the crazy lecturers. they're nice people. kinda slack in class too. we get rather flexible time tables. although the time table says we have lunch at 12pm. we can go for snakcs inbetween. like at ard 10am. or 3pm. so its rather gd!(: esp for a glutton like me! lolx.(: so future students of DID(diploma in interior design) do think abt it.(:

just updates.
ear candy ; girl of my dreams by MOFFATTS. (rem them? i so miss listening to their songs.)
1. work
has been normal. i guess. sherrie and i keep dozing off at work. can you imagine both of us falling asleep at this warehouse. lying on cardboards/boxes and falling asleep. we look like foreign workers. haha.
this is the brand we're working for. some tuna thingy.
this is what we're suppose to do. stick that healthier choice sticker onto the tin. looks easy eh? imagine doing like 40000!

i was bored. so i started taking pics! wahaha.
2. social life
haven been going out recently. been working 8-5 every single day. but sherrie n i did manage to go JURONG POINT yest! cos we had this craving for mos burger.(: so we shopped ard. there wasnt much to look at anyway.
and so i started taking pics again. sherrie was in the changing room. trying on this puremilk top. which she didnt get in the end. cos they didnt have the colour that she wanted. i like carrying her bag. after dinner we went to order her JAY CHOU cd. and was given a poster. i was playing with the poster as though it was a LIGHT SABER! wahaha. sherrie got so worried that i would hurt people and that i would spoil her all so precious poster. we went bra shopping! wahaha. didnt buy any. cos it was such a chore.
3. school
and so we had to register for our gems today. i think SAS has such a lousy system. whereby when everyone logs on to reg it lags. which in turns causes everyone to lag too. and causes people to not be able to get the class they want. everyone was having trouble registering. helped namngee to reg cos he couldnt log into SAS. sherrie couldnt get what she wanted. cos her comp hung halfway thru the thing. its a gd thing to have someone else in the same gems. or i'll just die! anyway i hope sherrie would be able to get the same gems. or it wont be any fun anymore!

there's still no news from DBS or what-so-ever.
5. my sims 2
finally i'm able to install the game. but i cant play it. and i have no idea why?! can anyone tell me? i've tried. and there will always be this pop up which says "please insert the correct cd. and restart the applicant" like wth! i've tried with all the CDs. no luck! pttffff. (everyone is into this pttffff craze. lolx.)

i've like finally finished ripping all the songs off my OLDburnt cds. and so now i've like sooooo many songs! wahaha. most of which i even forgot i had! for example that elva and blue song "you make me wana" lolx.(:

the shopping spree.
and so today was the day i was supposed to get the external DVD/CD reader thingy at Sim Lim. and yes i did get that thing. and it cost me a bomb! or i consider that amount a bomb! hmm. its cost me $159!!! haix.): there goes all my savings.*pout.
anyway i lost sherrie at Sim Lim. or should i say we couldnt contact one another. cos her phone is COCKED UP! lolx. so half the time babe and myself was walking ard Sim Lim by ourselves and wondering what happened to that girl! was beginning to think that she got KIDNAPPED!
so we both got our thingys. my DVD/CD reader. her ram. and we left Sim Lim for Bugis. she was going for a hair cut. with her sis. and babe and i went to city chain. cos i needed to adjust the chain of the watch. oh. i should add this in. sherrie is so MEAN to her sis. she's so demanding! scary.
and so we had lunch at LONG JOHN's. and were deciding what to do. it would be too late for a movie. so we just decided to shop ard bugis village. hmm. kept egging babe on to buy something. didnt look at much stuff for myself. didnt wan to indulge on implusive shopping. but in the end we both bought tops from giodarno! now we're giodarno people!(: lolx. he bought 3 tops for $20. and i bought 2 tops for $30. see the difference in gender prices. haix.):
i think would be going for steamboat tmr. with namngee and the rest. which the rest i dont know who. *shrugs. guess i'll know tmr ba.

OMG! i canot believe what i'm going to say. I ENJOYED CAI QIN'S CONCERT TODAY! lolx. there i said it.
anyway. just got back from work. did the cai qin concert today. n i enjoyed it.(: n i've signed up for that ying yue feng concert. n am on the waiting list for the TAOZE concert! hopefully i get to work. so i can go enjoy his voice. n songs.(:

saturdays used to be boyfriend day. but now it has become working day.): sianx.
anyway i've just did this ushering job for the beyond concert. hmm. the crowd was so ON lorx. so happening. lolx. they were like standing up. singing to the songs. waving their light sticks. so touching lorx. but anyway didnt watch much of the concert. cos was doing the exit chop thingy. so i touched many hands today. lolx.
i miss going to concerts. i miss the atmosphere there. i miss the excitment. i miss the singing-a-long. i miss everything abt concerts!
anyway. taoze's concert is on 26th nov 2005. sherrie's going! i soooo wana go! any kind soul wana sponsor n pei me go watch? lolx. but if all fails. n nobody wans to go with me. i can always try my luck to get the usher job thing. so i can get paid listening to him sing. lolx. i'm sucha cheapo! n there's this er. another concert with jolin. li shen jie. ou de yang. etc. i wana go too. but i might get to work on that day. so pray ba.

met sherrie at 830am at clementi. my mum drove us there. cos we didnt know how to get there.
work started at ard 9plus. the warehouse was super HUMID! HOT! argh! got no fans. n lil ventilation. haix.): but work load was slack. hmm. we started colouring boxes. lolx.
had lunch at 12.
there were other poeple working together with us. 2guys n another girl. they're quite chatty people. n nonsense! lolx. started crapping with them after 12. anyway they're quite fun loving la.(:

ok. so lets recap abit of wat i've done since the project was over. has my crit. which i think was ok. den we celebrated suwei's n peishan's bday at fish & co. hmm. den we had our long awaited kbox session. although this time it was strictly for memebers only. suwei left her wallet at long john's. n lost like $60 cash. she missed out on the kbox. den we celebrated kamini's bday at tony roma's. oh how i miss the food there! hmm. later on we headed to nydc for desserts. hmm. guess tts all.
